I am stuck on the Checkout Page. I can't complete my order.

If you find yourself stuck on the checkout page, unable to progress to completing your order, there are a few things that you may have missed that are holding you up. Please try the below steps before contacting us.

  1. Make sure all fields that have an asterisk (*) are completed.
  2. Ensure that the Postcode is correct for the Suburb you have selected, and that a State is selected from the dropdown menu.
  3. Please make sure that a 'Shipping Method' is selected.
  4. If you have previously ordered from April & Oak, you may be required to log in to your account.
