MY ITEMS HAVEN'T ARRIVED YET. WHAT CAN I DO?

As soon as your order has been dispatched we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Before contacting us directly, ensure that you check the delivery tracking status of your order (Track Order). If you do not receive any shipping confirmation or you cannot find any update on the tracking status, please contact our Customer Care Team on 1300 793 271 or email customerservice@aprilandoak.com.au.

In most cases, issues there is usually just a hold up with the courier, and once contacted, can be fast-tracked.

However, other issues that can arise are as follow:

1. Your courier has attempted a delivery without success, and has either returned the parcel to us or holding it in a depot- the courier will likely leave a calling card in your mailbox to arrange a delivery time more suitable for you.

2. The courier has damaged the item, and is being held in the depot for review- in this instance we will send out a replacement as soon as we are notified.

3. The courier has misplaced the item, in which case we will send a replacement as soon as we are notified.

For bulky and fragile items, we are currently unable to provide live tracking. Once the item has left the warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification email from us and in most cases the carrier will give you a call to arrange a suitable delivery date.
